Before you will start your own business, try to answer several questions:
1) How much money do I need for beginning my own business?
2) Is it dangerous to start your own business?
3) How to select my partners?
4) Do I need a big staff in my company?
5) Is it necessary to analyze my own business every week?
To my mind a person who wants to start his/her own business needs a lot of money. Hopefully a part of her/his money will return to him/ her back. I believe that it is dangerous to start my own business in Russia: too many robbers, to many criminals. First of all it is important for my future partners to show me their knowledge in economics. The should prove me that they are good workers and that they are ready to work.
In order to start your own business you should select your future partners very attentively because you will a need to rely on them in different situations. That is why partner in business are a very important thing. When you selected you staff you should think about their salaries and about your competitors. Business is not a simple thing and you should plan everything.
As I have already said there are too many criminals in Russian and if you want to start your own business you should have a great help from somewhere. In other case your business won’t be so successful.
And of course you should be brave, tall (not necessary sometimes)) and creative. A good entrepreneur should be a leader and not be afraid of making decisions. Because making decisions is always a difficult work that is why the role of chance and shock is great in it. You cant make any decision without some risk. Any business always includes it.[color=purple][/size]
