| What can I eat to boast my iron levels? Many women aged between 19 and 34 eat less iron than they need.Iron is an essential nutrient that helps our bodies generate energy by using oxygent in the blood.many people, especially women, don t eat enough iron and low iron intakes may lead to symptoms of anaemia(low iron levels) including tiredness. Many breakfast cereals are cortifiedwith iron. A glass of orange juice helps body absorb from the cereal. Other good sources of iron are red meat ,beans, pulses.Dried apricots and figs also provide useful amounts of iron. If you have a glass of orange juice at breakfast and eats plenty of fruit and veg especially citrus fruits, kiwi red peppers, you shoudn t need to take an axtra vitamin C supplement. Do you know any recipes contain iron rich ingredients? 0 Added (06.08.2010, 16:51) --------------------------------------------- I know flousome recipes for snakes and main containing iron rich ingredients, plus a gorgeous pud.

					 | Genetically modified food have caused an enormous amount of debate, scientific discussion, and media coverage. As well as benefits, a variety of ecological and human health concerns come with the new advances made possible by genetic modification. What can you say for and against the development of genetically modified food?

					 | I only against genetically modified food. It can not be reflected now in us but will be reflected in our children or grandsons. And I do not think that it will be so well.

					 | Olives can make you live longer. People, who eat olives almost every day, live longer than people who add it in their food rarely. Olives contain a lot of vitamins for your skin and heart. Moreover this product clears your blood and vessels. That is why doctors recommend eating olives every day but only little portions.

They proved that this kind of milk product can make you calm. That is why you should eat a lot of cheese in stress situations or before exams, for example)

					 | Soya is a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended for good health. As I know only GM beans are used. What do you know about it?
